台灣第一條有品牌的河川・台中人共同的記憶
Luchuan Canal — a waterway carrying the deep emotional connection between people and land — is now reimagined through the power of integrated design as Taiwan’s first waterfront brand.
The project "River Never Rests" brings together creators from diverse fields to curate a multi-sensory experience, opening a new chapter in the dialogue between the city and its people.
When the Luchuan Canal team invited us to take part in this collaborative initiative — aiming to co-create products that represent the spirit of Central Taichung — we immediately thought of a pairing rooted in local culture: “Herbal Street’s herbs × PAH JI HUE`’s tea.”
For this collaboration, we selected a rich, mellow Dong Pian tea from the Nantou region and paired it with the rare and elegant Taiwanese Kaffir Lime Leaf. Unlike the typical lemon leaf, this variety offers a more refined, subtle citrus fragrance and a distinctively refreshing profile.
The result is a beautifully layered infusion: the warm aroma of Dong Pian tea intertwined with the gentle citrus notes of kaffir lime leaf — a must-try creation for true tea lovers.

「川游不息」匯聚來自各領域的創作者，透過五感策展，開啟與城市對話的新篇章。
當綠川團隊邀請我們共襄盛舉，希望結合中區在地商家，聯名開發出具代表性的商圈商品時，我們立刻聯想到：「藥草街的藥草 × 百二歲的茶」。
因此，我們選用了南投產區、茶韻淳厚的冬片茶，搭配少見的台灣香檸葉 —— 不同於一般檸檬葉，香氣更加細緻內斂，帶有獨特的清爽調性。
冬片的溫潤茶香，揉合香檸葉淡雅清香，層次豐富，是一款愛茶人不容錯過的風味新作。
