Winter Oolong Tea
Taiwan produces tea all year round, but the taste of winter oolong tea is very tempting. The tea trees that have been dormant are affected by the warm winter climate, which makes them sprout new buds again. In addition, due to the short daylight hours and cold winds in winter, the tea trees grow slowly, and the leaves are thick and full. Therefore, the tea soup is particularly clear and sweet, with a subtle fragrance and not bitter. It is also very rare because of its lingering sweetness.
